Report or view of Forms with Lead Source mappings?

Hello, we recently changed our Lead Source values in Salesforce but I'm unsure how to see which forms in Marketo are mapped to which Lead Sources, so I can rewrite the Lead Sources.  What's happening now is I clean them up manually in Salesforce and then every night, Marketo remaps them to incorrect/obsolete Lead Sources... Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Adriana,

There is no way to get that info under the form of a report.

I would start with the leads that have the wrong values and go to the activity log to get the origin of this wrong value, and fix it. After a while, you will have cleansed them all.
