Recurring Webinar List - Suppress After Number of Sends

Hi everyone!

We have a recurring webinar that's hosted every other week. We're using a smart list to invite records, based upon specific criteria. That being said, are there any tips on the best way to suppress records after a certain amount of sends, time frame, etc if they don't register? The goal here is to stop inviting them if there's no interest in registering.

One option we've considered is using smart campaigns to add/remove records to/from a static list. Has anyone achieved this in other ways?

Thank you in advance!

Loren

Automating this can be dangerous, so be careful if you setup auto sends like this.

  • use Program Status to suppress Registered
  • use Was Sent Email AND Not Clicked in Email to keep sending to people. Or, if they do not have an interest, use that to kick out people.
  • Perhaps stop inviting everyone and focus on the most likely to show up and invite once.

Thanks for the suggestions Josh! I'll definitely work on using the Program Status, in combination with Was Sent + Not Clicked, to suppress people. Appreciate the feedback.
