Recommendations on consultants?

We are going back-and-forth so much with setting up our new nurture tracks. We're interested in maybe bringing in a consultant to help us with best practices on stuff like: trigger rules from stream to stream, progression statuses, different nurture programs and analytics.

Do any of you have recommendations on a consultant (we're in the ATL area)?
