Over 10,00 leads on the smart list - but campaign details show zero members.

I am trying to set up an email campaign using a smart list. Though my smartlist has over 10,000 leads, once I set up the SmartList/Flow of the program is says there are zero members of the campaign. Has anyone experienced this before?

If you haven't run the campaign yet, you'll need to look at the Qualified Leads tab after clicking View Campaign Members. At least that's my guess at what's going on.
