outlook plugin says my window isn't high enough version

I  am unable to answer the outlook plug-in for Marketo. When I go to install it it says my windows version isn't high enough. Is there anywhere that says the installation requirements of the computer? I have 32 bit Outlook 2010 and it doesn't work.

Did you download the 2010 version of the plugin or the 2013?

The 2010 version. My coworker is having the same issue too.

When installing, the software appears to install only for the user installing the software. Also, we are only able to install the software after making the end-user an Administrator and running the MSI administratively.

·         How can an Administrator install the software for the end-user to use?
·         How can we install the software onto one computer so multiple users of the computer can use the software?
