Order Info Tab?

This week I noticed something odd when auditing a lead in another instance that is not integrated with a CRM:



Anyone have any insights regarding the order info tab? I'm used to seeing the layout below.  



I expected not to see the SFDC specific tabs on the layout, but i'm wondering if 'order info' is a new feature.

Any ideas?

When clients have custom objects created, those objects and their fields can appear as tabs on the Lead Database. Most likely they are using a custom object called "Order Info".

Haven't seen that before. Maybe it's a way for Marketo to have a placeholder in case you use the API to drop in order info from another system?
