Can someone please point me in the direction of where definition for the below fields are please? I'm getting opposite results and I'm a bit confused on what the reason could be (e.g. Opt-out is false and Opt-In is false or Email Opt Out is false and Opt-In By Email is No Consent)

Only one of these fields, at most, is a built-in field. (I assume you renamed Unsubscribed to Email Opt Out.)

The rest are custom fields, so we can't know what they represent for your business. We can only guess, as Disha did, but there's no telling what deeper stories these fields have.

Hi @martaorsini, here you go:

Opt out: Means you are giving consent to refuse or unsubscribe

Opt in: Means you are agree to recieve communications

Email Opt in: means agree to recieve communication of emails like newsletter, other emails

Email Opt out: means decline to revieve communication from emails

Hope this helps!

@martaorsini, Sandy is absolutely right! We don't know how these custom fields are being used/updated, etc., for us to tell you about them. If you don't have have instance's documentation/field mapping document, where you might info on this fields, you'd want to investigate a bit around how these fields are being used/updated currently in your instance. For that, you'd want to go to Admin > Field Management > Find and select each custom field in the right pane to see where each respective field has been referenced/used, etc. This exercise would help you track the campaigns/assets these fields are being referenced and how they're being updated.
