Oppurtunity is updated trigger

I am trying to use a trigger in my smart campaign - Opportunity is Updated, and  Trigger Attribute = Is Won, and the constraint is 'Is Won'=True. Now, I see my leads having opportunities being converted to Won, but this campaign is not getting triggered. Any thought?

Are those leads Contact Roles on those Opps? If not, Marketo won't know about it and won't trigger it.
