Let me start by saying I do not have Revenu Explorer or SFDC.

When I click on Marketing Activities, the graph to the right shows me spikes in new leads. How can I find out what those spikes in incoming leads are from?

I know some are from list imports. Is there a way to view lists imported by date?

Hi Michelle,

In the Analytics section there is a report called the 'program performance report' which will show you new leads by program.

Michelle,

What you want is a report called "Leads by Original Source Info."  This report will show the count of leads from every list import as well as some opportunity metrics.

To create this:
  • Create a new report of the type "Lead Performance"
  • Click on Setup
  • Change the attribute "Group Leads By" to "Original Source Info"
This report will show you the forms and lists that brought in all leads.  By default it shows the last 30 days.
