New lead to multiple lists simultaneously?

I sometimes add new leads manually to the lead database.  Once I have created the lead, I want to add them to a couple of different lists that we use, based on the subscription preferences they have told us through post-event surveys etc..  Its tedious to select "lead actions - marketing - add to list" and then have to select one list at a time.  Is there a way I can open up the drop down and select all the lists I want to add them to at the same time?

no, there is not.

But you could create a trigger or batch flow to look for such leads and route them automatically.

Are you adding the leads manually one at a time or uploading via a list?

As Josh mentioned, you could automate the process using a trigger or batch campaign.  So, for example, if you're uploading these leads to a static list, then create a campaign similar to below.  Smartlist will need to be specific to the program or list you're uploading to (could be triggered on something like lead source as well) and in the flow you'll add them to each appropriate list.
