My tokens in email not working for me

Hi Marketo Community!

I have make a trigger so everytime a lead getting at least 2 in relative urgency and relative score the lead status will be qualified.

And then I have tried to make a send alert to me when this happens.


I have inserted theses three tokens, but when I get the mail this i showing up:



I want to have the lead informations auto. if you know what i mean?
