Munchkin associateLead: what tactics are you using to cookie leads?

Hi everyone,

I'm curious about tactics that you are using to cookie leads so that you can start tracking their activity and scoring them.

I'm especially interested in the case where your users are not filling up Marketo forms, which is already a built-in solution.

Any creative ways of using the click-in-email cookie association or other means? Does anyone use retargeting to bring back users to your web property and cookie them?
