Manually adding people to refer a friend

Hi all,

My organisation is considering purchasing the next version of Marketo so that we have access to the refer a friend functionality.

Before we commit, I need to make sure that it can accommodate our needs.

I understand the functionality of the program although we would require on occasion to manually input a referrer and referee.

My question is; can we manually add people to the program and change the status so that they can be accounted for, and credit passed to the referrer.

I was looking at this and it does not seem possible. You could potentially add them as a member of the program as an alternative.
