Loading leads into Marketo, creating PURLs and Pre-populating data

If you load leads into Marketo, and use a Marketo PURL that drives to a Marketo form on a Marketo landing page, the data should pre-populate.

What exactly are you tring to achieve? 

Are you loading data and then sending emails containing links to a PURL?

I think I have the same question -

I want to send an email campaign with PURLs. When the recipient clicks the CTA (the PURL) I want to take them to a landing page with additional information about my program. I want the landing page to also house a form that prepopulates name and email address...

Any ideas on how to do this?
