Links in Email Blast/ GoToWebinar

The Links in my email blasts aren't showing up. We created a link to fill out a form to attend a GoToWebinar. This all works great. However, we have a link on the confirmation page that says "JOIN THE WEBINAR". People are saying they dont see this link. Can someone help me with this?

Can you share a link to the confirmation page so we can see?

Also, you might want to check with support directly (via email or the phone) so they can look at this specific example.

Thanks Erik. Could you provide me with the Phone number and email to support? The +1.877.260.6586  number keeps dropping the call to support. Is there another number?
