Lead Generation Reporting Tracking

My company has just started using Marketo, my role is to use it for lead generation marketing for sponsors. I do reporting on these leads once a week. I can not find a way to time stamp the leads when I pull them.

The time stamp we have on the leads updates everytime someone does activity in any of our marketing campaigns. I need those time stamps to stay the same and not update so i can keep track of the new leads that come in, from the previsous leads that I am reported. I either need to find a way to mark the leads when i report them or change the time stamp we have to another one that is only for the campaign they are in and not for all activity, in all campaigns.

This would be very helpful. Thank you everyone.

Hi Katherine,
You could create a new custom field and have a campaign to mark that field with the {{system.datetime}} token or similar wehn you want to make the timestamp. More information on system date/time t okens can be found here: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LB9WCAW

Thank you Will this is great for campaigns i am running in the future! Do you know how i can fix the campaigns that have already ran?

No problem!

If you know the timestamp, you could use the same Change Data Value flowstep and manually type in the date and time. You could also copy and paste the time the campaign was run when looking at the campaign.
