Lead by Status Report Problems

Hi, 

Having some issues with my Lead Status Report, it not only isnt showing me any of my statuses but it won't let me add custom columns either. I have tried going into the Setup tab to add them there which woldn't work either!

Just wondering has this happened to anyone else?

Emma, some of the out of the box reports no longer offer this functionality.  

To create this report, rather than making a report of the type "Leads by Status" you'll want to create a report of the type "Lead Performance".  Then you'll want to group the leads by Lead Status under the setup tab.
