Itemized Email Link Report

I have built email link performance reports, but want to know if there's a way to drill down and see what leads clicked each link in an email and with a time stamp. I know this can be done manually by creating a Smart List with a Clicked Link in Email filter, and then clicking through each lead record to their detail to see when the action took place, but this can be time consuming. Is there a faster way to build this out? Thanks!
