Is there any way in Marketo to set up a import/export to a FTP site and automate it?

In Eloqua, we used to have a few files that were NOT housed in our CRM but were part of various campaigns we were running.  Eloqua had a import/export area where you could set the campaign to import a list on a regular schedule and import it into a campaign.  Does anyone know if in Marketo there is an option like this? Or options in Launch Point?

We have an FTP file transfer capability but it needs to be set up by PS unfortunately.  You can contact your salesrep about it.
