Is there any problem in smart list with Chrome?

Hi there.

I can't open edit screen of smart list with Google Chrome.

Ver 46.0.2490.80 m

Windows 7 Pro 32bit

Datanyze Insider 2.5.5

Firefox is okay.

Ver 41.0.2

no options

Has anyone run into the same problem?

Hi Akio,

From what I can see there is no problem with opening the 'edit section' for a Smart List. Did you try to refresh your browser? I sometimes find that the interfaces times out and when I refresh the page it works fine.


Also, have you contacted MKTO Support? Try and contact them if you're experiencing this kind of issues.

Hi Stijn.

I have tried 'F5', 'ctrl + F5', and 'restart program' many times.

But still can't access Smart List with chrome...

I'll ask for Support Team.

Hi Akio,

No problems with Chrome either. Tested on Mac and Windows 10. Latest releases on both (46.0.2490.80 (64-bit) on mac; 46.0.2490.80 m on windows)

Aside of refreshing, you may try to cleanse all the caches and temp files.

I try again today, and it works perfectly!

I can edit my programs.

Our network had a trouble last night, I think.

It's very common problem...
