is there an 'add to calendar' feature for confirmation/landing pages?

Not specifically, but you can easily build this using a calendar token in your program and then insert a link to it on your landing page. 

This does the trick for calendars that use .ics files like Outlook. If you want to add to Google Calendar, then you have to build a link for that format which is fiddly but not too bad once you know how.
