Is the Field Organizer limited to instances only with RCE?

Love the session this morning about the RCE, Analyzers, etc. I was wondering, are the Custom Field Groups (Field Organizer) only available with the RCE, or is this available to everyone?

Hey Geoff, I believe they're available to everyone. You can find them in the Lead Database!

You can only use this with RCE though.
