Is anyone having issues with the Send Sales Email and Open Sales Email activities not being logged?

Our Sales Insight emails sent today did not have the Send Sales Email activity logged including a couple that I sent to myself.  These also did not have a Open Sales Email activity logged even though I opened the two emails that I sent myself.  I clicked the emails I sent myself and the Click Sales Email activity was logged.  

The MLM emails that we sent today did have their Send, Delivered, Opened and Clicked activities logged.

I am going to open a case with Tech Support, but wanted to see if others are having the same problem.

Yes, oh yes. That happened here too.

I see all the autoresponses in a marketing inbox, and so I know how many of those came back, but the send, open, click, visit and conversion report are beyond weird.

Also, triggers are not working as expected - filled out form on specific web page is not triggering next flow step, which is then not sending autoresponders with requested .pdfs or webinar confirmations.

Thanks Mary, I opened a P2 case and added your comments as well.  I wonder if this resulted with their trying to fix Communication Limits being applied to single flow actions?

Hi Mary, if you're having an issue with a trigger campaign not working properly, it would be best to submit a case to Marketo Support so that we can look into this further for you.  We always want to know of any issues our clients are having so that we can investigate and resolve it.
