Integration Qzzr with Marketo?

Has anyone integrated Qzzr with Marketo so that the survey data also flows into Marketo? I would like to set-up a quiz to better understand what type of profile they fit. I notice that Qzzr is listed on the launchpoint website, but I can't find any documentation of how to integrate it with Marketo.

It doesn't look like it integrates so much as it claims it does via an export button. ie. if you get new leads, it will export and then you can import them into Marketo via a manual process.

I haven’t done anything with it. We only have 2 quizzes at the moment, but I’m still really interested in how the integration works. I was able to find this article: http://launchpoint.marketo.com/qzzr/1794-create-embed-and-share-your-own-quizzes/
