Inline Question in Marketo with integration/unique URL

HELP! We have our integration with Qualtrics set up. We have the unique URLs in marketo as a lead field. We are wanting to send an email with an inline question. How do we edit the HTML? We have it working without the inline question.

Can anyone provide guidance?

You'll need to be more detailed.

What is the current HTML (I assume you specifically mean the href attribute of an <a> tag)?  What are you trying to change it to?
