Hello everyone,I am looking for a way to A/B test longer mail routes within Marketo.Is there a robust way of splitting complex e-mail series?For example, X% of customers should receive the mail path in variant A and X% of customers in variant B and so on.I think it works via the filter "What send email", but I am looking for a simpler and more robust switch within Marketo.Does anyone have an idea? Hi there,I'm trying to build a list of people who requested a demo (filled out demo form) AFTER downloading a particular ebook. The Smart List filters I have currently are: Member of List: "Ebook Downloads" and Filled Out Form: "Demo Form," Date of activity on or after the day I launched the ebook. The issue I'm running into is that the demo request could have still happened BEFORE the ebook download. Is there any way to specify one activity has to come before another in order to be included in the list?  Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to centralize a smart campaign to update the latest SFDC Campaign Name for a record. I'm trying to assess if this is doable in Marketo or if I need my SFDC admin to create a flow:   I would want two central SCs:1) To Stamp a Lead Source Program (1 time)2) To Stamp the latest SFDC Campaign Name (Lead Source Program Latest) Thank you! 

I've currently got a Lead Nurture program running which sends the first email on a Monday and then a V2 of that email (new subject line) to anyone who didn't open, on Friday. Tuesday - Thursday are more optimal email send days but when this nurture was set up, our consultants suggested Monday/Friday so that it wouldn't interfere with other marketing emails that we do throughout the week. I'm wondering, is it best practice to suppress anyone in a nurture program (this is a "welcome"-type nurture series where we are starting at top of funnel and then sharing some content pieces, all the way down to info about our products, and last email is specific to getting in touch with Sales) from receiving other marketing emails while they are in the program? If that is the case, we could change our nurture send day to Tuesday/Thursday and add a filter to all other marketing emails that says suppresses members of the nurture program. Just curious what best practice is? 

I am going to need information about how we can get a daily report to push from Marketo into our Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We would like a comprehensive daily report that would show the following – when it gets pushed up into CRM:Name of Marketo landing pageUtilizing our form connector technology, from our website – ability for this info to also display in the report. (these are 3 forms, not powered by Marketo - if the name of the form could push up as part of the report that would be helpful)The goal is to track how many leads come through and from where. Also, so that our database mgr can access the leads report screen in Dynamics CRM and conduct an advanced find as neededThank you.

Just trying to find out if Marketo automatically includes a List-id: header? (Not one-click unsubscribe) Not seeing it in our code and wanted to double check. 

Hi, I am in the process of creating a form to embed in a marketo landing page. I am trying to configure the field to collect the choice data in their person object. In admin I created a new field, BOOLEAN type, for "Interest Type". In the form creation, I have provided 3 choices, and created 3 stored value types in the advanced editor. Example:What are you interested in?() Alpha () Beta() Don't KnowField stored value is set up as:Alpha|ABeta|BDon't know|DKBecause booleans are true/false, it doesn't bring in the assigned stored value into the field, in fact it doesn't register a "click" at all in the person's data. How can I create a checklist field that will bring in the value into their data. It seems like a simple thing I'm missing here. Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide!

The system is sending out multiple emails. How do I stop this? I've had a prospect receive  one copy, sometimes two copies, of various emails on every weekday for the past couple of weeks. The nurture and campaigns are set up to have a prospect run through the campaign once.

Hello, Can anyone help me with the Step-by-Step process of Marketo and Dell Boomi Integration? Also, our Dell Boomi Admin as requested below these details: 1. Endpoint, request/response Payload, header2. Client id and secret3. identity URL if you have identity API to extract the token I have the 2nd and 3rd details, But I am confused with the 1st point. Where can I find these details, and what does that term mean? 

I use a checkbox to collect opt-ins on my forms, and right now, we are NOT using Progressive Profiling, so the box appears every time. I'd like to use Progressive Profiling to only show the checkbox the first time around, BUT that means that if they DON'T opt in that first time, they won't be offered a second chance. I'd like a custom Progressive Profiling solution to stop showing the checkbox if the user checks it but to continue to show it upon future visits if the user did not check it. Has anyone done something like this? Marketo Support confirms that this is how things will work, and I will need a custom developer to implement my desired solution. Have you found a work-around or a developer that has helped you solve this issue? 

Does anyone know how to turn ‘email delivered’ date into an object for use in the email templates? I have created a flow with follow up emails and I would like them presented as being in the same chain. To do this I need to capture the delivery date and time of the previous send for use in my follow up. Any suggestions I would be very grateful.

Hi I need your help!I need to automatically send a Marketo email each time, someone fills out a Marketo form on our website. I have no issue with the trigger. What I CANNOT do is to embed a survey within my email. How should I proceed? Is there a tutorial? Should I code it? Is there any example? Should I work with a third party platform? Which one? Currently we are using service objects to identify bad emails in our db but this process takes time for us to complete. Wondering if there are any tools aside from marketo invalid email and service objects that we could use as an alternative?

Help me!! I may have created a blunder. I wanted to make changes to the smart lists in two approved segments for job roles and job levels. Without realizing that I have to create a draft and approve them, I simply unapproved the segments and made edits to the smart lists. I can see that when I edited the smart lists, the number of people in the segment was unaffected.What do I do now? How do I go from here?Please help. Thank you.

Do we need to have SPF and DKIM to be set for the reply to domain (for ex: domain.com), if it's different from sender domain (for ex: from.domain.com)?

Is there a "best practice" set up for the Cvent - Marketo integration? Basically, should the set up look a certain way? Is it static for everyone or are there unique attributes to consider? Basically, I am trying to figure out how to make sure that we are receiving the data from our Cvent national events without requiring a list import. Any suggestions?

We are building out velocity scripts in excel and need to copy them into velocity script within Marketo. When copying from excel to marketo, we need to remap everything my dragging the fields for it to work. Is there a way to keep velocity script mapping/formatting when copying from another source? 

I built a dialogue for Dynamic Chat and upon publishing, I receive this error: "Stream cannot have disconnected paths."Usually, when I receive this error, Dynamic Chat will highlight what path is causing the error, but this particular instance is not throwing me any visual aid. I have tested the flow via the built-in Dynamic Chat preview tool and it's working flawlessly. I've used the magic wand to organize my cards and I have double checked every single path in my dialogue (AFAIK!). I don't see any disconnected paths in my dynamic chat stream. Has anyone run into this problem? Is there something I am missing?
