Marketo Engage offers seamless integration with CRM and automates lead management. One powerful feature is its ability to sync leads to Salesforce Campaigns. In early 2022, my company finished its acquisition and, as with many, streamlining and centralizing were key themes for all teams. One of the core focus areas was a relaunch of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) so that both sides of our company could work in a single tool (the other side of the house used Salesforce). We're capturing customer emails from a marketo form on one of our site page.That email is sent to Marketo/DB. We'd like to ALSO send that email separately to another server from that page directly. Is there a simple way to access that email so that I can reuse it in a different (non-marketo) script on that page. The full context of the problem is as follows: the page contains affiliate converting tracking codes from `Impact.com` and for those pages (that contain the code) we need to pass Impact.com back that email. (so not for all visitors to that page, just those whose page came from our affiliate partners).   

Hello Marketo Hivemind! Got a question regarding how the ICS file handles time changes around daylight savings. We have an event happening in April and the invite is scheduled to go out BEFORE the upcoming time change on March 10th.  Because the file is listing the time using EST will will there be any issues on the recipient's calendar?  Or do we need to adjust the times by an hour based on the new time and us moving to EDT for the summer?   To complicate this slightly more this webinar is also being promoted in Europe and they change their times on a different schedule than in the US.  I do realize we are just sending a file with a date/time and the recipients email/calendar client will be processing this but wanted to confirm if anyone has run into issues before with this? Or if we are just good to send out as it is and it will all work itself out?

Now that program member custom fields (PMCF) are available for our use, I'm curious as to how we can use these in our reporting?  They cannot be used in smart lists - when using smart lists to show a simple grid of member data - since that just uses data from lead records (when we want the data to appear in the grid).  They're not available in RCE - which is a shame, since this is where we do most of our reporting/analysis (especially using the Program Membership Analysis - you would think that these would be contained here by default).  

Hey there - I have a support case open, but wanted to see if anyone has experienced this issue and if there's first hand fixing this. We're about to launch Dynamic Chat on our site soon and are using a dialog for booking meetings. No live chat. I tested with my own account at first and all went well. I added two people with product profile calendar agent. The profile has included permissions to connect their calendar and manage their availability hours. They both did this with their Google account. When testing the dialog live, it at least does not show available times where they already have meetings on their calendar. But it does show "available" times outside their personal availability settings. Such as one agent has selected no availability after 3pm ET on Fridays. But it shows that I can book a meeting with them as late as 6:30pm ET. Has anyone experienced this?

Granted I am a total newbie at Marketo but I have a landing page (that was cloned from an existing page) that looks perfect in editor and even in preview, but once it's approved, it appears broken. Photos below.  How do I troubleshoot this? I can't get to the html in the landing page, I only have the WYSIWYG editor. Please help!

Hi, I am trying to import program with email assets from sandbox to production. I imported the program but it didnt import email . Can someone help me know how we can import assets as well with program. This is happnening only when i check email on mobile. desktop works good. 

In this engagement, I am trying to have people who complete the stream "Phase 2" move over to the "Phase 3" stream when they exhaust the content possible in Phase 2. I usually use the trigger "Email Delivered" with the last email sent in the previous stream, but in this case they will not receive every email based on the smart lists. Is there a trigger that I can use for this? or does anyone know work around?

Hello!Wondering if I could get some advice on a problem: We're using a date field within a Custom Object and pulling a Smart List with the field condition of "Is Empty". When our Data Integration team runs the criteria, they get around 400 Email Addresses on the data side, but within Marketo with the same criteria I only get around 90 Leads pulled.According to them the API push for an empty field pushes a empty value on load - so my question is if for a Date field, would "Is Empty" somehow view a blank/null field as NOT empty for some reason? Is there some weirdness like the Boolean Empty = FALSE thing? 

We are experiencing several issues when it comes to the Marketo/SFDC sync. First off, most of my team's programs will only partially sync and the statuses never match up in Salesforce. At first, we thought it was just a delay, but days will pass and nothing changes. We then have to run a smart campaign to force sync, but this is a super manual process to do for dozens of campaigns. Secondly, for most of our programs, Marketo program members that have the pre-registered status should be showing up in Salesforce as pre-registered. Instead, they have been entering Salesforce as Invited and only sometimes some of them update to pre-registered. Why is this? Any insight is appreciated.

Hi, I'm looking to set up a few filter-based batch emails based on inactivity of leads in order to remarket to them. I'm looking to set it up with fields directly speaking with our custom MS Dynamics CRM. These are the filters I'm using but it still seems to be qualifying people on a daily basis (as soon as they are created) but it should qualify them only when they complete 15 days of no change. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?   

Hey! Has anyone had success showing form fills for specific forms over time in domo? I can get it over time, but with the listed data points:- activity date- activity name- campaign- details- form fields- referrer URL I'm not sure its possible to create a segment for specific forms only? Also please note that a lot of forms do not have fields specific to just that form. Has anyone been able to pull form ID attached to activity in domo? 

We have connected our Marketo instance to Power BI with the REST API.  There is a lot of information that pulled over but I was wondering if we were able to pull in items like the Revenue Cycle Modeler?  Or at least the information in it.  I want to be able to build our Marketing Funnel in a Power BI Dashboard.  We can also pull in GA4 and Salesforce to make a very comprehensive funnel.  Does anyone have experience doing this and if so, can you share best practices/techniques?  Thanks!Erica 

Hi, I have certain campaigns/programs where I do not want the form submission lead to push up into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.How can I make exceptions to specific landing page/form?- Support indicated that if I remove that step from the flow, it would not be enough.What other methods can I apply?

Are there any recommended tools for mapping out the customer journey before initiating the building process in Marketo? For instance, would tools like Visio or Lucidchart be suitable? Alternatively, does the new release, the visual engagement canvas, assist in this regard? I would appreciate any guidance on this matter. Thanks

I'm trying to determine where leads are originating from (for example: Google, LinkedIn, etc.). I specifically want to know which Google ad word the lead came from and I'm not sure what fields I need to get this information so it can be added to reports.
