Hi All, We use Cvent as our event registration platform. The integration is in place however, we are struggling to get the attendee information for multiple sessions in Marketo.    Can you advise if we can use custom objects to pull that information from Cvent and how?   Thank you, Rohan

Hello, i would like to understand why the subscription list of the newsletters have less audience from one issue to another. I send some newsletters monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly and it happened that from 1 enews to another one the audience is much more less, even 15K less. I haven't understood why or to what this could be related. Any idea?   thanks  

Hi all I want to track who opted in to our comms as part of specific campaigns, how do i set up that smartlist? So for eg we held a webinar and many people attended and i suspect, subscribed to our comms via our registration form and opt-in box, but i dont know how to track it so that i can 100%  say who subscribed as part of that specific campaign.   Thank you!   Laura

Being paranoid about encoding — URL encoding, HTML encoding, UTF-8 encoding, any encoding — helps avoid uncomfortable post-mortems.   But here’s one type of apparent encoding bug that’s actually a false alarm.   Been working with a client on a complex Marketo form localization project, where pretty much everything — from labels to placeholders to error messages to dropdown options — is translated according to the person’s selected language.   There’s only one form defined in Marketo, with a separate translations file (a JS file to be hosted on their CDN) for each language.   I provided download links to the client, but they wrote back with alarm: “When we open those URLs, we don’t see Chinese characters. The file encoding must be wrong.”   But nothing was actually wrong! Hi,   We are setting up workspaces and partitions since we have a new acquisition (we bought another company) and we are facing multiple issues with making it work as we would like to.   Preface: Our leads from our original company (company1) need to exist in both partitions separately (through dedupe rules) some people will be clients with us for company1 but are at the prospect stage for company2.   1st. we created a new workspace and partition for company2 2nd. we added dedupe rules for List Import/Web form fill out 3rd. we added munchkin tracking code in both websites 4th. created a landing page in company2 workspace We have an issue where some actions don't seem to go in the right partitioned person. As an example below; LeadA and LeadB are the same person with same email address (through partition deduplication rules) but use content from both companies1. leadA filled out form on company2 website      LeadA is created in company2 partition

I know this is probably a long shot from what I've read so far, but is it possible to customize the email that the friend receives after someone forwards it to them via the Fwd to a Friend pop-up form?  Would love for it to say something along the lines of "first name thought you would be interested in this email" above the email they receive.  Or has anyone thought of any hacks to achieve something like this?Or being able to edit the actual Fwd to a Friend form would work too, such as the first example here where the person forwarding the email can add a personalized message:  Support | Campaign Monitor

Hi everyone, if a user visits a page with a mkt_tok-link and the munchkin cookie is already associated the associated user goes before the user who was identified via the mkt_tok. Or to say differently the existing cookie will not be reassigned to the token user.    I have a case where the token user is more important than the already associated user and the "browser" should be reassigned to the other user. Do you know any simple way to do this on a page when the Munchkin Code is already initiated? Without reloading the page?I tried to delete the cookie and re-initiate the Munchkin Code. I tried to delete the cookie and force a cookie creation via Munchkin.createTrackingCookie().I tried to delete the cookie and the whole Munchkin Code and reload the code to reinitiate it. Unfortunatley non of the above worked for me. It looks like the Munchkin code blocks each recreation of the cookie if it was found or created once during the page view. We are attempting to assign campaign members and their associated campaign statuses to campaigns within SFDC.   We're looking for the campaign member ID because this is a requirement for the API call to succeed. Sort of a chicken or egg dilemma. How do we send a campaign member ID for a record that is not associated with the SFDC campaign yet?   This leads me to believe this is two-step process where an ID gets generated first and then we can make the update. Anyone have experience they can share?
