Adobe Marketo Engage

All, has anyone found a way to set a minimum date for the date picker field on a Marketo form.   Ideally, I don't want a prospect to be able to select a date within 2 days of the current date. (i.e. today is the 30th of June, 2022.  I don't want people to be able to choose any date earlier than the 2nd of July, 2022).   Cheers Jo

Can I get more detail on my A/B test in my email program than what it shows me in the dash? I don't want numbers of clicks/opens. I want %. The same kind of details I get from a regular smart campaign. Is there somewhere I can look in this A/B email program that has more detailed metrics?  

Hi All -I have a Calendar Token in an email and I cannot get the color of it to change. It's always a bright blue which isn't inline with the color theme of the email. I know that I can just grab a copy of the link and hard code it in as an HREF but then what's the point of the calendar token?I've tried editing the color, putting a SPAN around it but it doesn't work. It always defaults to a blue.  Is there a trick to it or is this a limitation?

Is any one using AEM Forms to push to Marketo?  We are having issues with the OPTIN Check box (set to mandatory in both Marketo and AEM) inconsistently push the OPTIN Value...and can not figure out why. Ruling out Browsers issues.

If we need to send 2-3 invite emails for the same webinar. What is the best practice to create Email send program? Should we create separate Email send Programs or  Email send program under the same Event program (webinar)? What are the pros n cons for the both? Can anybody please help with the answer?

Hi All! New to Maketo and looking into VLT coding but cant seem to get something working. Is the below possible in VLT code.   Person A is is interested in studying Nursing, Marketing and Design (there are 600 other courses hence why I'm trying to do it in a VS)   Instead of sending 3 welcome emails, we would like to send one welcome email but include a paragraph of text about each course.   I suspect a a loop or Switch statement would be best, but if anyone has a better way of doing this, please let me know and i will look into it.   So the email person A would receive, would look like this:   Banner -------------- Default text -------------- Nursing text -------------- Marketing text -------------- Design text -------------- Email sign off     Thanks, Dan  

hi all, I work for an organisation that has 14-15 sub companies beneath it, and around 120 'shops' split between these 14 sub divisions. We want to have a lifecycle workflow that each of these 'shops' works through, from opening through to closing. With customers sent updates throughout about coming soon products etc... Each shop will be at different stages of this workflow, needing to send different communications. moreover, our customers might need to be attached to two or more 'shops', receiving updates on each. I'm sure our implementer agency advised in the past that this wasn't possible to set up in Marketo. Please can anyone just jog my memory, as I'm struggling to find my notes, does the above sound possible, realistic & achievable in Marketo or not?   thanks, Mike  

I am redesigning our centre of excellence and wanted to hear from the community on how often do you check your CoE for updates, enhancements, etc? For now, I do it on a need-for basis but would like to start doing it on a recurring basis.

hi all, we have an incentive email that we're automating when our customers' tick that they fit a specific criteria. We want to a/b test this triggered comm, that will be powered by API. Is marketo clever enough to test in this manner, and if so, how is it best to setup a smart campaign? i am a relative newbie to all of this still, so please answer in as simple a way as possible. how will the system know which of my two emails to send please?   thanks in advance.   Mike  

Hi, I would like to ask if there is a possible way to include a custom field in a Smart List Report View? We wanted to track a person's activity on the contact level. See screenshot attached, that is what we want to achieve. I have seen several old conversations about this topic with no resolutions so I am going to start a new one. Quick question, I uploaded a new list into an ongoing engagement stream so that these new leads will start in the funnel. I had a list of 2336 people and only 356 of them were added. Would this mean that the remaining 1980 are already in our database?

Hi guys, Have you guys ever experienced any issues with records not deleting in Marketo? I have some records I would like to remove from the instance, but Marketo would not process them to be deleted from the database. After I ran the single flow action for deletion, it gave me a result of 0. And there is no activity log for that single flow action in the record whatsoever. They are records in Marketo only (don't exist in CRM). And they have not been synced to CRM at any point. Why can't I remove them from Marketo? Any advice or suggestions will appreciate it!
