Hello, on this page https://info.softwareag.com/test-form-checkboxes.html, on the right side with the form, I have checkboxes(Question_1), where the actual square is aligned to its label on the same line. But if I use a single checkbox(I opt in), the square moves to the next line. I want to move it just before "I opt in" text on the same line, like it's visualised for Question_1. Looks like an easy CSS fix, but I cannot figure it out.   Thanks a lot, Yavor      

Hi all,  I'm trying to centralise the registration forms in the Design Studio, and I'm using UT trackers that I created. However, when I want to clone a form from Marketing Activities to the Design Studio, I have an error message (see below).  My UTM trackers are supposed to fill automatically, based on the URL the person clicked on, as recommended by a post I saw on this forum.  Can you help? Hi, I am trying to make one of my forms to be pre-filled so that leads will not double fill the same information. I followed the documentation on it, but it did not work. The steps I followed are: - have form pre-fill enabled at field level in the form - have the form pre-fill option enabled on the LP - checked the mkt_tok box on the link (URL) inside the email - sent myself a sample email - clicked the link in the sample email   I've even filled the form an repeated the last 2 steps, but still nothing.    If somebody knows how I can make this work please let me know.    Regards, Valentin

Hi,   Please help me to create a smart list to pull contacts with 'email addresses' filter.   I have to pull 70,000 contacts (list received has only email addresses, we have those contacts in marketo); I know we can use email addresses filter to pull the list, but the list is large and email addresses field will not allow to add all 70,000 email addresses?; please assist me with this.   Thanks, Deepthi.

Hi community,   New here but have some questions so I thought I'd ask the community for hopefully best results.   I'm setting up a nurture campaign for new leads that are input into salesforce, but want them to come from (show) each individual lead owners email.   Example: Leads get pushed to salesforce, each lead is assigned a lead owner (a sales person) in salesforce based on their region, the email stream will send based on the parameters I set, but I want them to come from each lead owner for more personalization.   How would I set up the same email to come from each lead owners email? Is this possible?   Any assistance would be super helpful. In the middle of a tear down and rebuild of 3 other users and trying to have this more organized.   Thanks!

Hi there,    I'm aware of how to build birthday / anniversary emails using a date token in a wait flow step, as outlined here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/core-marketo-concepts/smart-campaigns/flow-actions/wait/use-a-date-token-in-a-wait-flow-step.html?lang=en   But I would like to avoid using such a long wait step, in case there are unexpected changes in the data during that time.  We ran into this problem in a past iteration of our birthday emails - for example, an incorrect or fake Date of Birth was entered in our CRM, and then was corrected at a later date.  Since the campaign was in a wait step, the correction didn't register, and a birthday email was delivered on the wrong day.     Anyone know of a way to get around this?  I basically want to do a daily batch campaign like this: If the anniversary of the Date of Birth is today, then send email.   Our IT/Systems staff (non-Marketo

I'm hoping someone can help me. We are unsure what to put as our IP address since we use Gmail for our corporate email. I'm hoping someone else has setup Marketo using this process and can help with this portion of the setup. We are working on GDPR policy and compliance. We have a Marketo form with GDPR options available, i.e. Data Deletion, Information Request, Object to Processing, etc... Our Data Privacy Officer will be providing the link to contacts via an email. We want to be able to validate the contact is who they say they are using tools we already have inhouse. Our Marketo instance is synced with Salesforce, which is synced with ZoomInfo. I have been trying to wrap my head around data quality for a while now. Most instances I have worked on now have the data management program with the steps to normalize, clean, enrich etc. Are there any techniques/methods to assess other data quality dimensions, like accuracy, integrity etc. for the data we have in Marketo Instance?   For example, We check validity of email addresses via tools like Neverbounce, check completeness based on values in certain mandatory fields, and so on. How to check for accuracy, integrity etc.?    

Hello, I want to make a report to see how many people clicked on the {{system.viewAsWebpageLink}} token link in the past 30 days. Hello! We are trying to send an email campaign to get people to opt-in. We have around 19k members in Salesforce that have not opted in and we want to reach out to them. I've set up the program but it only shows us about 5800 people, from which 2700 are marketing suspended, so that leaves us with around 13k people that are not showing up in the Smart Campaign when we try to send the email. I'm not sure how to proceed and send the email to all of the SFDC campaign members. On the campaign smartlist I only used the "member of SFDC campaign" filter. I tried different variations but same result.   Does this have something to do with their status in the SFDC campaign, maybe not being compatible with the status in Marketo?    Thank you for your time!  

Hello everyone!  I would like to update the snippet in our email templates with 2 new links:  - The lead will have the option to either  {Update your preferences} > New form and a new WordPress LP.  - The lead will also have the option to directly unsubscribe > New form and a new WordPress LP.    Now, what's the easier option to do that? It seems that a large majority of our emails are getting blocked by the recipient's email server.To resolve this, we would like to use our own Gmail servers instead of sending emails through Marketo. Has anyone done this before?

Is it possible to report on/log the user that requests a campaign using sales insights? Or restrict campaigns to only certain users/profiles in sfdc (without restricting the whole sales insights module).

Whats the best method to send data from a Marketo form embedded on our website to a 3rd party service?   We need to take the information from the Marketo fields put it into an array and send it via CURL. In the header we need to include authorization token.   We get a response from the service   Success- direct user to confirmation page,  error we display error message on page.   Would the webhooks be the right approach? https://developers.marketo.com/webhooks/   Thanks
