Hi Folks,   Due to a wrong set up in lead tracking inside marketo, leads have been tracked under a wrong Digital campaign instead of others.  What should be the next step in moving these leads to their respective campaigns in marketo? Is there an easier way to handle this?   Any help is appreciated.   Thanks

We have created a field on the form called "Dietary Restrictions." The field has several options to select from, and if the option "Other" is selected, another field will be displayed, which is a text field. How can we fetch the data filled in from the field that is displayed after selecting the "Other" option?

Hi, I wanted to share if you have any insights on this? I’m looking at the overview report of 1 of the email we already sent. Strangely, it’s reported 1906 sent, while there’re 2119 delivered. Basically, it means we were supposed to send this email to 1906 people only, but somehow it ended up having 2119 people receiving it.     Does anyone know how it can possibly happen? Many thanks!

I'm setting up multiple Email Programs (A/B Testing) under one default program. I've created a Smart Campaign to perform a test for a seed list however I'm not able to add the emails I've created to the campaign flow - even though the emails are approved.      I am also unable to see the emails in another smart campaign Smart List trigger;     Thanks in advance for your help!   

Hi Community, My company started as a call center and still generates a lot of revenue from calls. The problem is, how do we track clicks on specific offers on our "Call To" links which use tokens? For example, below we're offering a 7-Night river trip and below that a Hawaiian islands trip. Both CTA use my tokens which are set up like this: tel:+1-800-822-4368 Is it possible to add a utm param to the token to track or would that break the token/link and/or Marketo tracking?     Thanks, LK  

Hi everyone, We've encountered an issue where a form cannot be submitted on Safari mobile. Any help please? We've tested the form submission on Chrome desktop and Chrome mobile, and it was successful. By "successful", we mean that the page redirected to a thank you page, and a PDF was downloaded. However, on Safari mobile, the following occurred: Instead of redirecting to a thank you page, the downloaded PDF opened Upon returning from the PDF, a message appeared below the Download button stating "Submission failed, please try again later." Hi friends,   I am trying to create a SC that when triggered, alternates the following flow step.   Example: SC is triggered by data value being updated. When Triggered, Flow step 1 calls a webhook. Then, the next time a data value is updated, I want the flow step to alternate to Flow step two, and call a different webhook. I want the action following the trigger to alternate or cycle through a series in succession.  Any ideas on how to accomplish this, either with one or multiple smart campaigns?   The purpose of this is to trigger alternating webhooks based on the same trigger action to divide and send the associated lead information among two different destinations evenly. If possible I would love to be able to enhance this and divide among 2+ destinations if a cycled series is possible. I appreciate your help friends!

I know for SalesForce there is a limit of 200 emails that can be processed in a batch with MSI, but from what I can tell that is a SFDC limit, not a Marketo limit. The Dynamics documentation doesn't have the same information. It doesn't state there is a limit. Does anyone have any info on this? Is there no limit (which would be terrifying) or is there a limit that's just not documented?

Hello Everyone,    We are planning to add an extra field in the Marketo form in the future, so I wanted to know is there any way through we can add the field in all Marketo form at once. Please help us with the solution. 

We are hoping to capture form data (ideally by feeding into a Google sheet), allowing us to collect all of the form fills in one place and avoid the fields getting overwritten by multiple form fills. We have looked into using a TIBCO form integration, but that doesn't allow us to create form-specific triggers or iframe the form onto our app.Does anyone have any tips/tricks/insights on the best way to accomplish this? Open to using 3rd party services.Goals:-collect all form fills in spreadsheet-track & set triggers off of form fills-iframe capability

I have a client who wants to send text messages from Marketo. I see that Marketo incorporated Vibes as an add-on product. Has anyone used it? Do you recommend it? Are there 3rd party apps you prefer? Thanks in advance for any feedback!

I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to bulk delete files via the REST API. We have a large number of unused image files from 10+ years ago that I need to purge. Deleting them 30 at a time in the UI is slowly draining my life force.   Is there a way I can use the API to do this? I've successfully been able to GET lists of files, but don't see any documentation on actually removing them.

Hi guys!   We are migrating our CMS (Contentful -> Webflow) and I was wondering if I missing something to get ready for that.   I'm thinking in move the munchkin code, the embedded forms, and we don't use landing pages.    I think we have some integrations that add data by calling forms but I think that's also covered by moving all embedded/hidden Marketo forms.   Has anyone done this before?   Thanks!

Hi all,   The issue: We have a drip campaign setup to send 3 emails once a lead has been created in SFDC. I have WAIT steps in there but it isn't accomplishing what I hoped it would.   The 1st wait step waits 10 minutes from lead creation, which must end Mon-Fri 7am, then sends 1st email (intro email) The 2nd wait step waits another 10 minutes, which must end Mon-Fri 7am, then sends 2nd email  (oops I forgot email) The 3rd wait step waits 4 days, which must end Mon-Fri 7am. (follow up email)   Since these are personalized emails, I am trying to control it so that the emails don't send at non-office hours when most of the audience would be sleeping.   Anyone have a solution?
