Include link in Form 2.0 Rich Text

I would like to add a link next to a field in a form (created in forms 2.0) for users to view product ordering information. 

I added rich text with a link to the right of the field.  When I am in the form editor, the link works without any problems.  However, when I add the form to a landing page, the link does not work.

Is anyone else having this problem of have an easy fix for this?
