In Marketo, What is a good way to uncheck a value from a SFDC multiselect picklist?

Hello,

Does anyone have a good automated solution that will allow me to take away a value from the multi-select field? Keep in mind that I don't want to null all values out because if other values exist I only want to remove one of them based on certain activity criteria.

The webhook is the only way to go. Look into the thread whiwh link is provided by Helen
