IE issue for landingpage & Form 2.0 rendering

Hi all

Has anyone managed to resolve IE 9  and above is not rendering properly for Marketo LP with form 2.0.

I came across a post that has requested to add the following code in the LP.

<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=11; IE=10; IE=9; IE=8; IE=7; IE=EDGE">

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

It still did not help.

Any other advice or help ?

What sort of rendering problem are you seeing?  Are there any javascript errors in the console(you can usually view this by pressing f12 and going to the console tab)?
