Ideas for BtoC Opportunities by Campaign Report
Hello. I'm attempting to customize a report to show Opportunities by Email Campaign. In my setup, an opportunity indicates a sale. We are a BtoC client. I'd like to be able to say, this email led to this many opportunities, representing this much value.
It seems like a triggered situation - whereby I enable a trigger that says if lead clicks email and opportunity is updated within 5 hours (for example), it gets credited to that email.
We used a system simply for Ecom emails before (Marketo also reports for our brick and morter as well, which is one reason we went with it), and the ability to show sales generated by an email was a pretty standard feature.
Has anyone set up a report like this? I've had nothing but headaches setting up Marketo for BtoC & Ecommerce operation - any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
