Hi Eileen,

These guys have given you some great places to start.  I would recommend looking into each of them.  Here is the order I would recommend though:

1.  https://community.marketo.com/MarketoGetStarted   (This will give you a good intro into Marketo.  It includes some simple videos to get you started.)

2.  I would look at taking a more in-depth marketo course at:
https://community.marketo.com/marketocourses.  These include shorter videos, as well as all day courses.  The all day courses usually cost extra.  If you are the only marketo admin for your company, it may be worth the investment.

3.   I would review Josh's site.  It offers some pretty comprehensive information.

4.  I would register for and attend a local user group if possible.  You can register for a group here: http://pages2.marketo.com/UserGroupSignUp.html
and see the upcoming meetings here:     http://pages2.marketo.com/UserGroupMeetingInfo.html .  One of the cool things about Marketo is their user base.  Most people are willing to help others.

5.  As the summit approaches, I would encourage you to attend.  Marketo offers a pretty good conference.  It is a good chance to network, and to learn.  There is even a university day if you are interested.

Hope this helps.

Josh
