I’m looking for an easy/standard way of grouping all the Nurture reports by month.  I’m finding many don’t allow the drag and drop application in Setup.  It seems like there should be an easy way to apply the “Group Leads by” – “Created At (months)” setup to all reports.

No,

There isn't really a drag and drop in the standard Marketo Reports. If you do not see the Group by option, then you cannot use it. This is mostly in Lead Performance reports only.

it looks old but none of the reports has really changed.
