How to send the leads to internal server from Marketo Form

We would like to put a Marketo form for our Unsubscribe page. 
We have an internal server to collect all our leads.
For now we have our own form for unsubscribe, If a user fills out the form the email address will go to our internal server and we are pushing those leads to Marketo using Munchkin API.
If I put a marketo form for Unsubscribing is it possible to send those leads to Marketo as well as to our internal server.
Is it possible?

That should be doable by using simple HTTP post to your internal form. Your IT will have to tweak the firewall to allow http traffic from your Marketo server only.
