How to Save Email Templates as JPEG Files

Hi everyone:

I would like to be able to save and distribute our email templates as JPEG files.

Does anyone have an easy method on how to do this?

I have access to MS office suite, Adobe creative suite, and of course Marketo for this task. The email templates are all a little too long to be captured in a single print screen.

Thanks,

Alexis

Hi Alexis,

I don't know if that is the best possible option, but there are screen shot tools out there that can capture screens while scrolling them. Like this one:

http://www.ducklink.com/p/free-screen-capture-tool/ (didn't try that - maybe you can google a better one)

I did that in Eloqua years ago and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.

Best,

Hey Alexis!

Depending on how sharp you want the image to be, the easiest option may just be to zoom out on your browser thus making the landing page fit on one print screen! That only works if your template doesn't get reduced to super illegibly tiny though!

Hope this helps!

This is the software that we use. http://www.faststone.org/download.htm

You will want to download the FastStone Capture 7.9. It is the second product listed in the table. You can capture a scrolling window, mark it up with text and what not and save it as a jpeg.

We first Preview an email, then start at the top of the email, select & drag until the bottom, then paste that into word & save it as a PDF. or Print the page as a PDF.
