Is it possible to create multiple MS Dynamics lead with same email address from Marketo using Smart Campaign?

You can post as many leads as you want in Marketo using the "sync to Microsoft" flow step. What is the issue you are facing here ?

I want to create multiple lead with same email address. But it is saying error message that it is already synced record.

This is because you are trying the resync the same person. You need first to create a duplicate in Marketo.
