How to create and manage an owners group

what is the best way to manage a lead list that are now converted? I have a list of leads that are now owners of our product and need to be able to see at a glance, what product they purchased, date of purchase and if they purchased multiple units. Anyone have a best practice for this? thanks!

Depends a little bit on how complex your product suite is. In the most simple case, you can make a couple of custom fields and have those set with what they bought and the date. I also, see people use the Oppty object from their CRM to figure this out, or just set the lead status field to Customer.
