How to capture all the forms used in one emailing?

Hi,

Every odd month I am sending our Corporate Newsletter in 4 different languages. Each version includes a series of links to multiple landing pages. For each mailing I need to create a unique campaign that will add an interesting moment to any engaged leads and that will push info to our CRM. The issue that I have is that I have to manually find and enter the webpage names and links (see screenshot below). Not only this is taking time but I may forget some links.

Is it possible to say something like if lead has clicked on any links inside the emailing + has filled out any of the forms inside the emailing = member of smart list?

You can also include a querystring parameter in your links like (newsletter=May2013) and then add a Querystring is constraint to your Fills Out Form trigger.

The trigger looks fine.

The filters could be:

1. Click Link in Email
Email is (add the list)
Link is not empty

2. Member of Smart Campaign

Filters associated by All (logical and)

I hope I am not oversimplifying!

unless I'm mistaken, I'll get all the leads that have clicked on any link. What I want is all the leads who have filled out forms via emailing...

An additional filter "Visited Webpage" containing a constraint Referrer is (link set by email), would be an option.

so basically has filled out any forms + constraint querystring: newsletter=May2013?

That will work if your form is on a Marketo landing page that they go to by clicking the link in your email.
