How many leads did we acquire each year?

Hello fellow marketers!

I'm wondering if there's a way to determine which year each lead in our entire database was acquired?

The only date I am seeing is when they were last updated, which doesn't help me.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi Pip! Have you tried looking at the Lead was Created (or Person was Created) filter? This is a system field populated by Marketo. Marketo Doesn’t Expose Your Lead’s Birthdate - RevEngine Marketing

Hi Pip,

You could try breaking this down by using a People/Lead Performance Report. In the setup tab there's an option to define when a person was created (see screenshot below). You can select Custom if you want a custom date range.

Then group people by email address and check the Report tab.

*You can also group people by Acquisition Date or Acquisition Program if you want
