How do I insert a "add to calendar link" to my email?

I would like to set up an automated email that confirms my customers appointment and then has a link to "add to their calendar". How do I do this?

Hi Brenda,

Click on your program name and click the "My Tokens" tab. Create a "Calendar File" token and save it. More on creating a token here.

You would then set up a trigger to watch for appointments.

Do you collect appointments via a form? If so, pull in the Trigger for "Fills out Form." In the Flow, pull in "Send Email." In your email, pull in the calendar file you just created. For more on that, click here.
