how can i forward leads to an email address automatically as they come in?

I believe you will need to create a Smart Campaign as follow:
- Lead is created (In smart list)
- Acquisition program is "..."

- Send alert (in Flow)
- To email address

In addition to Michael's suggestion, if there's any way that someone who is already a member of your database could be entering this program, you'll want to make sure that the smart list for the campaign contains a trigger for these records as they won't be just created with that acquisition program. Typically this could be through a form fillout, list upload, or other type of response to an email/webpage.

You can use a trigger like:
'Progam Status is Changed' and select the name of the program.
New Status = Responded or any other status that gets updated when the lead responds to a program.
