Has Registered for Multiple Webinars?

I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to indentify people that have performed actions more than once over a given time period. For example, I'd love to see a list of people that have attended multiple webinars over the past 3 months or downloaded multiple resources from our website. All of these programs are built out in Marketo. Does anyone know if there is a filter or combination of filters I can use to figure this out?

One way is if you have a different form for each type of activity. For example, if you have a "Webinar" form, you could use a "Filled Out Form" filter, specify that form, then add a "Min Number of Times" constraint, as well as a "Date of Activity" constraint.

The one caveat is that if someone submits the same form twice (e.g. registers for the same webinar twice), it would also show up.
