Hey, 

We have a smart campaign lightbulb that has a green arrow on it, does anyone know what it means?

That means the Campaign is called by another campaign. The Trigger is "Campaign Is Requested".

    What does "Campaign Is Requested" mean?

      it means that in one campaign flow's step you "request a campaign"  and, in doing so, tell marketo to trigger the flow steps in another campaign. See the image below.

        Can it also mean that the Campaign itself can be requested (ie. the "Campaign is Requested" trigger is in its smart list), and not necessarily that it has "Request a Campaign" in its flow steps?
