GoTo Webinar API integration issues - new account to sync to

URGENT HELP REQUIRED

Hi everyone.

Does anyone know how get Market to "forget" an old GoTo Webinar account and resync with a new account?

We have a webinar template set up and i'm simply trying to adjust the settings to ensure we sync the event in GoTo Webinar to Marketo.

When I select the Event partner, I choose GoTo Webinar and am able to do so successfully.

But then the next step is the dropdown option "Login" which is synced to an old trial account of GoTo Webinar we had.

We are using a new GoTo Webinar account that's not a trial, and I really need to sync the event (webinar) from GTW into Marketo.

Would appreciate any insights anyone has.

I've been able to resolve it with some correspondence from support.
