Go To Webinar - Reminder emails don't include the link

So I can get every part of the GTW integration to work except including that link in the reminder emails. Not sure where I went wrong with it. I have calendar invites that work and the registration confirmation email works. Just not the reminder emails. Any thoughts on what would be preventing that token from populating?

Hi Carissa,

Are you sending reminder emails via an Email Program?

I had the same issue and discovered when using an Email Program to send reminder emails, GTW link wasn't being populated.

In order for that token to populate correclty I used Smart Campaigns to send out reminder emails, but those smart campaigns must be created within the Event Program that is integrated with your webinar.

Hope that makes sense. Happy to clarify if not.

Good luck.

I am using email programs! What are you using for filters on a smart campaign?

This is a screenshot of my actual smart campaign for reminder emails.

So then on the Flow, you do something like what I have below, correct?

Personally, I used the Schedule tab to set the mailing time/date (so I only had the Send Email flow in this part).

However I can't see why your way wouldn't work either. Looks ok to me.
