You could create a custom Web Page Activity Report with Filled Out Form as a Smart List filter. You can then create a Subscription for this report!

Let us know how you get on with that suggestion :)

Subscribing to a Smart List/Campaign is one of the most requested features in the Marketo Community. I would add your voice to the masses as well! :)

Hi Adam,

Thanks ur advice, but after created this report only some description info shown in report, like page views, company, country.
And all this numbers are not clickable.
In fact, i only want to know the detail info about who fill out my form.

As Jason said, i created a campaign filter out who fill out the form, then send them to a list. but a problem is come, marketo doesn't support us to subscribe to a list or a smart campaign result.

Any idea? looking forward to your comment!

Thanks,
Rose

Hi Rose,

The suggestion I provided isn't perfect I know - it's more of a workaround solution until Marketo allow Smart Lists to be subscribed to. If you created a Web Activity Report, the name of the lead should be clickable, and you can see the most important information at a glance: Lead Name, Job Title, Company Name.

If you are seeing too much unnecessary information on this report, simply hide some columns by clicking a column header and de-selecting the header names you don't require.

As far as I know, this is the best workaround solution for your scenario at the moment, but I'd love to hear other community members' suggestions! :)
